Residential Care

Clouds of Hope currently houses 72 children aging from new born babies to 18 year olds, living in a safe, caring, homely environment on the outskirts of Underberg.

All our children have in some way been affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic, and were in need of desperate assistance when taken in by the project.

The kids attend local preschools, primary, and high schools, and we also provide transport for additional children otherwise unable to attend.

If the children choose not to attend University after finishing their schooling then Clouds will offer them a space in our "half-way house" in Underberg, designed to provide safe accommodation and independence whilst at the same time giving advise and support for adult life and employment.
